It is our goal to provide the best service possible, from creation to delivery.
- A tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
- All your orders are made to order. They specially made for you & packed with love. We take 2-4 business days to process the order.
- Delivery time solely depends on our courier partner. We do partner only with reputed courier partners who provide live tracking for all the shipped out orders.
- All Bleucoin shipments are sent express shipping.
- We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact Customer Care prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Cancellation of custom orders is not possible.
- Shipping providers may change without notice.
- Bleucoin cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping due to the shipping company's error(s).
- If delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company and it is returned to Bleucoin, the package will be re-sent at the customer's expense.
